CDE CAD for Stream Deck - FiveM CAD and radio keys
CDE CAD for Stream Deck is an Elgato Stream Deck plugin for FiveM roleplay communities that use CDE CAD. It puts the things a unit does every shift on physical keys: changing status, hitting panic, watching pending calls, attaching to a call and working the CDE in-game radio, without alt-tabbing out of the game to open the CAD.
CAD actions
Set Status changes your unit status in one press, from eight presets (10-8, 10-7, 10-41, 10-6, 10-97, 10-23, 10-42 and 10-11) or your own code. Status Cycle steps through your usual statuses on one key and always shows the status you are in, even after dispatch changes it. Panic Button alerts every dispatcher and officer in the community and asks for a second press by default. Active Calls shows how many calls are pending, and On My Way attaches you to the newest one.
Radio actions
Eight actions drive the CDE radio in game: channel, zone, volume, talk, scan, the dispatch channel, replay and emergency. The keys show your channel and volume, the talk key turns green with the call sign of whoever is on the air, and on a Stream Deck + the dials change channel, zone and volume.
Setting it up
Install CDE CAD from the Elgato Marketplace, drag an action onto a key, and connect once with your CAD address and a personal API key from Account Settings. Every other CDE CAD key shares that sign-in. The radio keys need no key: the CDE radio finds the plugin on your own PC when you join the server.
Requirements and privacy
The plugin needs the Stream Deck app 6.9 or later on Windows 10 or macOS 10.15 and up. Your API key and settings stay on your computer. The CAD keys talk only to the CAD server you entered, and the radio keys only to the game on your PC. Get the plugin on the Elgato Marketplace, and read about the radio on the CDE Radio page.
