Trainee roster and phases
Track every trainee across departments and phases. Phase 1, 2 and 3 with customizable checkpoints per phase. Trainees advance only when sign-offs are complete.
Daily observation reports
Standardized DORs that capture incidents, performance and improvement areas after every shift. FTOs submit from the panel; supervisors review weekly.
Evaluations and sign-offs
Customizable shift evaluations with weighted scoring categories. Graduation requires a documented sign-off chain from FTO to supervisor to admin.
Connected to MDT, Dispatch and Records
FTO progress is visible from the MDT, dispatch sees trainee status on assignments, and graduation pushes the officer into Records and Disciplinary tracking automatically.
