Authentication
All requests use Bearer token authentication via the X-API-Key header. Generate keys from the CDE CAD Admin Panel.
Endpoint groups
Dispatch endpoints
Create, update and resolve 911 calls. Manage unit assignments and call priorities.
MDT endpoints
Person and vehicle lookups, warrant management, BOLO operations and report submission.
Records endpoints
Read and write criminal records, citations, court hearings and DMV data.
Rate limits
Default limits are 600 requests per minute per API key. Contact support for higher limits.
