EMS Panel - FiveM EMS CAD & Patient Care Reports
The CDE CAD EMS panel manages patient care from scene to hospital for FiveM roleplay EMS departments. Patient tracking, triage, vitals, configurable patient care reports (PCRs), hospital handoff, transport management, and provider scope integrated with dispatch and records.
Patient tracking and triage
Open a patient on scene with chief complaint, mechanism of injury, and vitals. Tag with START or JumpSTART triage and log treatment timeline from contact through transfer.
Patient care reports (PCR)
Configurable PCR templates per call type. Auto-populated from dispatch, signed off by the lead provider, and reviewable by supervisors. Vitals, interventions, and medications captured against the protocol.
Hospital handoff and transport
Notify the receiving facility with vitals, treatment summary, and arrival ETA. Ambulance assignments, transport priority, destination routing, and out-of-service tracking all from one board.
Provider scope and licensing
EMT, AEMT, paramedic, and critical care credentials tracked per provider with scope of practice, protocol versions, and expiration. Cosign required where scope demands it.
