Civilian Panel - FiveM Civilian Portal & Player Self-Service
The CDE CAD civilian panel gives FiveM roleplay players a real self-service portal. Character management, vehicle registration, licenses and permits, civilian 911 calls, property ownership, and business applications all syncing live to officers, dispatch, and records.
Character and document management
Players manage their characters with name, date of birth, occupation, address, and medical conditions, with realistic profile fields visible to officers on lookup.
Vehicles, licenses, and property
Register vehicles with plate, VIN, color, and owner. Manage driver, hunting, fishing, firearm, pilot, and CDL licenses with expiration tracking. Residential and commercial property records with lien history.
Civilian 911 calls
Civilians submit 911 reports from the portal that land in the dispatch queue with location, caller, and details, bridging player-side roleplay into the live CAD.
Business applications
Players apply to open businesses through the portal. Staff approve applications and the business publishes to the public business directory automatically.
