How to Run an EMS Call in FiveM Roleplay

Guide to running EMS calls in FiveM roleplay. Dispatch, response, patient care, transport, and report writing.

Receiving the EMS Dispatch

EMS calls in FiveM roleplay begin when dispatch assigns your unit to a medical emergency. In CDE CAD, you will see the call details including location, nature of the emergency, and any additional information from the caller. Update your status to en route and acknowledge the dispatch assignment.

Scene Assessment and Triage

Upon arrival at the scene, update your status to on scene in CDE CAD. Assess the situation for safety hazards before approaching the patient. In your patient care report, document the scene conditions, number of patients, and initial triage assessment. Use standardized triage categories to prioritize multiple patients.

Patient Care Documentation

CDE CAD EMS module provides patient care report templates. Document vital signs, chief complaint, assessment findings, and treatments administered. The structured format ensures you capture all critical medical information in a consistent manner that supports quality assurance review.

Transport and Hospital Handoff

If transport is necessary, document the transport decision, destination hospital, and any changes in patient condition during transport. Update your unit status to show you are transporting. Upon arrival at the hospital, complete the handoff documentation in your patient care report.

Completing the EMS Report

After clearing the call, finalize your patient care report in CDE CAD. Review all sections for completeness, add any follow-up notes, and submit the report. The completed report becomes part of the community medical records and can be referenced by other emergency services personnel.
