How to Run an EMS Call in FiveM Roleplay

An EMS call in FiveM roleplay runs in the same order as a real one: acknowledge the dispatch, make sure the scene is safe, assess and triage, treat, transport, and hand over with a written patient care report. The CAD carries the call details to you and shows dispatch your status at each stage, from en route to on scene to at the hospital.

Receiving the EMS Dispatch

EMS calls in FiveM roleplay begin when dispatch assigns your unit to a medical emergency. In CDE CAD, you will see the call details including location, nature of the emergency, and any additional information from the caller. Update your status to en route and acknowledge the dispatch assignment.

Scene Assessment and Triage

Upon arrival at the scene, update your status to on scene in CDE CAD. Assess the situation for safety hazards before approaching the patient. In your patient care report, document the scene conditions, number of patients, and initial triage assessment. Use standardized triage categories to prioritize multiple patients.
