FiveM Police System: CAD & MDT Combined

Complete FiveM police system combining CAD dispatch and MDT operations. Dispatch integration, MDT lookups, report filing, warrant management, evidence logging, and supervisor tools.

Running a realistic police department in FiveM requires more than just a dispatch screen and a name lookup tool. Real law enforcement operations involve interconnected systems where dispatch feeds into patrol, patrol generates records, records inform investigations, and investigations loop back to dispatch through warrants and BOLOs. CDE CAD provides this complete ecosystem in a single platform, eliminating the need to cobble together separate tools that don't talk to each other. Every component is designed to work together, creating a fluid operational experience that mirrors how real police systems function.

Integrated Dispatch Operations

The dispatch module is the operational heart of CDE CAD's police system. 911 calls enter the system and appear on the dispatch board in real time, organized by priority and status. Dispatchers see every active call, every available unit, and every pending assignment on a single screen. They can create calls manually, assign units with a click, update call statuses, add notes, and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.

What makes CDE CAD's dispatch unique is how it connects to everything else. When a dispatcher creates a call, the assigned officers see it in their MDT immediately. When an officer runs a plate during the call, the results are linked to the call record automatically. When the call resolves and an arrest is made, the arrest report references the original call. This chain of connected data means nothing exists in isolation — every action builds on previous actions, creating a comprehensive operational picture that supervisors and investigators can review later.

MDT Lookups and Database Access

Person Database

Comprehensive civilian profiles with criminal history, warrants, flags, associated vehicles, and known addresses.

Warrant Management

Create, track, and serve warrants with full documentation including issuing judge, charges, and service requirements.

Report System

Arrest reports, incident reports, citations, field contacts, and custom report templates with supervisor approval workflows.

Evidence Logging

Document and track physical evidence, link items to cases and suspects, and maintain proper chain of custody records.

Report Filing and Records Management

Reports are the documentation backbone of police operations. CDE CAD provides a comprehensive report system with multiple template types designed for law enforcement workflows. Arrest reports capture suspect information, charges applied from the configurable penal code system, narrative description, associated evidence, and processing details. Incident reports document what happened, who was involved, what actions were taken, and what follow-up is required.

The report system includes built-in approval workflows for communities that require supervisor review. When an officer submits a report, it enters a pending state visible to supervisors who can approve, request revisions, or add supplemental notes. This mirrors real police report processes and adds a layer of quality control that elevates the realism of your documentation practices.

All reports are searchable and linked to relevant records. Search by officer, suspect, case number, date range, or report type. Pull up a civilian's profile and see every report they've been involved in. Look at a vehicle record and find every traffic stop or collision report associated with that plate. These connections make CDE CAD's records system a living database that grows more valuable with every report filed.

Warrant and BOLO Management

Warrants in CDE CAD are fully featured legal instruments that track every aspect of the warrant lifecycle. Officers or investigators request warrants by specifying the subject, charges, probable cause narrative, and any conditions. The system routes warrant requests through an approval process — either automated based on role permissions or manual with judge/magistrate review. Once approved, warrants appear automatically in lookup results for the associated person, ensuring every officer who runs that name sees the active warrant.

BOLOs (Be On the Lookout) alerts complement the warrant system by broadcasting time-sensitive information to all on-duty units. A BOLO can be issued for a person, vehicle, or situation description with associated details and instructions. Active BOLOs appear on the dispatch dashboard and can trigger notifications through Discord webhooks, ensuring maximum coverage across your community.

"Having dispatch, MDT, records, and warrants all in one system changed everything for our department. Officers spend less time fighting with tools and more time creating great roleplay scenarios. The workflow just makes sense."

Supervisor and Command Tools

Supervisors and command staff need visibility that goes beyond individual calls and reports. CDE CAD provides supervisor-specific tools including real-time operational dashboards showing all active units and calls, performance metrics tracking call response times and report completion rates, and administrative panels for managing department personnel, rosters, and configurations.

The supervisor dashboard gives command staff a bird's-eye view of operations. See how many units are on duty across all departments, monitor high-priority active calls, review pending reports awaiting approval, and track departmental activity trends over time. For communities that take their leadership roleplay seriously, these tools provide the information needed to make realistic operational decisions — reallocating resources, authorizing overtime, or adjusting patrol deployment patterns based on actual data.
