FiveM CAD Judicial System: Court Hearings, Warrants & Legal Management

Explore the CDE CAD Judicial System panel - a comprehensive court and legal management dashboard for judges and judicial staff. Manage warrants, fines, court hearings, appeals, license suspensions, and federal reports.

What is the Judicial Panel?

The CDE CAD Judicial Panel is a dedicated dashboard built specifically for judges, district attorneys, and court staff on your FiveM roleplay server. Unlike the officer MDT or civilian portal, the judicial panel provides a centralized command center for every legal and court-related action - from issuing warrants and managing fines to scheduling court hearings and reviewing appeals. Access is controlled through the isJudicial permission flag, ensuring only authorized users can view and act on sensitive legal matters.

Dashboard & Statistics

The judicial dashboard provides a bird's-eye view of all court activity at a glance. Real-time statistics give judges immediate awareness of the current state of the legal system, including case volume, outstanding warrants, and daily activity. This is the first screen judges see when logging in, and it is designed to surface the most important information without requiring any clicks.

Warrant Management

The warrant management view is one of the most critical tools in the judicial panel. Judges can create, track, and manage all active warrants from a single interface. Every warrant is tied to a specific civilian found through the integrated search system, ensuring accuracy and traceability. Warrants can be filtered by status - active, served, or expired - so judges always know the current state of outstanding legal orders.

When issuing a warrant, judges first search for the target civilian, then select the warrant type and provide detailed justification. The warrant immediately becomes visible to law enforcement officers through their MDT, ensuring rapid response. Once served, officers update the warrant status, and the system logs the serving officer, date, and time for the permanent record.

Fine & Citation Management

The judicial panel includes a dedicated fine management system that allows judges to issue, track, and manage monetary penalties directly. Unlike officer-issued citations from the MDT, judicial fines carry the authority of the court and can be used for contempt charges, court costs, restitution orders, and penalty adjustments from appeal hearings.

License Suspension

License suspension management is a two-way workflow between officers in the field and judges in the courtroom. When an officer encounters a civilian who warrants a license suspension - due to excessive traffic violations, DUI charges, or other qualifying offenses - they submit a suspension request through their MDT. That request lands in the judicial panel for review.

Court Hearings & Appeals

The court hearings system connects civilians who want to contest citations or charges with the judges who will hear their cases. When a civilian submits an appeal or requests a court hearing through the civilian portal, the request appears in the judicial panel for processing. Judges can approve, deny, or reschedule these requests, and every decision feeds into the court calendar.

Federal Reports

The federal reports section is a restricted, high-security area of the judicial panel designed for classified documentation that should not be visible through standard officer MDTs or civilian portals. Only users with judicial access can create and view federal reports, making this the appropriate channel for sensitive law enforcement intelligence, ongoing investigation summaries, and inter-agency communications.

Action History & Audit Trail

Every action taken within the judicial panel is recorded in a permanent, tamper-proof audit trail. This is not just a convenience feature - it is a fundamental accountability mechanism that ensures transparency across the entire judicial system. Server administrators and senior judges can review the action history to verify that judicial authority is being exercised appropriately and consistently.
